A. Any nuisance actions pending at the time of passage of this revision to the nuisance code shall not be in any way dropped, canceled, delayed, or waived by the passage of this revision and may continue in their normal course until resolved.
B. All nuisances as described in this revision shall be subject to this chapter whether or not the offending act, use, activity, circumstance, or condition was previously regulated as a nuisance. (Ord. 2557, 12-19-2016)
