5-3-17: LIABILITY:

The city, city employees, or any other person who carries out any duties or performs work on behalf of the city in administering or enforcing this chapter is not liable for any damages caused by the inspection, the duties or work, the sale or disposing of anything, or any other lawful action necessary to carry out the requirements of this chapter.
