5-3-15: EMERGENCY ABATEMENT:

If a city official believes that nuisance conditions pose a great and imminent danger to any person(s) or to the health and safety of the community, then the city official shall take immediate action to eliminate the nuisance conditions causing the imminent danger. (Ord. 2557, 12-19-2016)
