SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE

CITY OF MITCHELL, DAVISON COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA

BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OF MITCHELL, DAVISON COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, that the following sums be appropriated to authorize certain expenditures and to meet certain obligations for the year 2021 according to statute:

GENERAL FUND

MAYOR

The funding will come from the General Fund designated cash balance.

CULTURE & RECREATION

   101-45000-42920   Sports Authority Promotion (SEA)   $10,000

The funding will come from the General Fund designated cash balance.

SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS

PARKS & RECREATION FUND

SPORTS COMPLEX

   201-45160-43300   Capital Improvements- Artificial Turf   $411,158

The funding will come from the Parks & Rec Fund designated cash balance.

ENTERTAINMENT TAX FUND

   The funding will come from the Entertainment Tax Fund designated cash balance.

E911 FUND

   214-43500-43400   Equipment   $7,000

   214-43500-42500   Repairs & Maintenance   $6,000

    The funding will come from the E911 Fund cash balance.

NUTRITION FUND

   219-45140-42500   Repairs & Maintenance   $4,000

    The funding will come from the Nutrition Fund cash balance.

MAIN STREET REVOLVING LOAN FUND

   750-49000-51100   Transfers out to General Fund   $42,154

The funding will come from the Main Street Revolving Loan Fund cash balance.
