A. Nothing contained in this chapter applies to prevent a lawfully licensed premises operating within the scope of a license that specifically permits that which is prohibited by this chapter.
B. Nothing in this chapter applies to prevent the lawful outside storage of materials or things if:
1. The use is permitted under the applicable zoning laws and the use is in compliance with the zoning law; or
2. If the use is permitted as a legal nonconforming use under the applicable zoning, licensing, or other legislation.
C. Where the principal use of a property is wholesaling or retailing, storing or parking of inoperative vehicles or dismantled materials or equipment, all fences and screening surrounding such property shall be properly maintained so as to screen the exterior property areas from view.
