Outdoor storage by commercial and industrial uses be limited to items that are designed and intended for permanent outdoor usage, storage, and/or sale. Outdoor storage areas in business and industrial zones conform to a minimum of one-half the minimum front setback and not block or obstruct parking spaces or any line of sight for a public road.
