§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 130.01 or 130.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in § 10.99.

   (C)   Violation of § 130.03 is a misdemeanor.

   (D)   A person found guilty of §§ 130.05 to 130.08 shall be punished as prescribed in § 10.99.

   (E)   A violation of this § 130.09 is a petty offense.

   (F)   Violation of § 130.20 to 130.22 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
