§ 130.20 FIGHTING AND OTHER DISTURBANCES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall fight or threaten to fight or commit an assault, or an assault and battery, or use violent or threatening language or make any great noise so as to disturb the peace of the city or any lawful assembly of persons or the neighborhood, family, person, or persons.
