(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter onto or remain on the privately owned property of another without the permission of the owner, or a person in lawful occupancy or possession of the property if said privately owned property is:
(1) Zoned for commercial use;
(2) Lawfully used as commercial property; or
(3) Used as a parking lot for any use other than residential property.

(B) This section shall not apply to any person on the privately owned property of another for the purpose of:
(1) Patronizing a business conducted or operated on said property during the regular business hours of such business; or
(2) Participating in an activity authorized by the owner, or person in lawful occupancy or possession of said property.
