§ 130.02 INTERFERING WITH POLICE OFFICER.
   No person shall, in the city, in any way aid or assist any person to resist or escape from any police officer or to assist any person to escape from any lawful confinement in the city, or who assaults any police officer, or who in any way interferes with a police officer in making an arrest or in the discharge of his or her duty.
