§ 111.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   A violation of § 111.002 is a misdemeanor as defined in § 10.99.

   (C)   Violation of § 111.009 is subject to the penalties as set forth in § 10.99.

   (D)   A violation of §§ 111.025 to 111.027 is a misdemeanor as defined in § 10.99.

   (E)   A violation of § 111.046 is a misdemeanor as defined in § 10.99.

   (F)   A violation of § 111.066 is a misdemeanor as defined in § 10.99.

   (G)   Any person violating any provisions of § 111.080 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty for such violation shall be the same as those provided for in § 10.99.

   (H)   A violation of § 111.084 is a misdemeanor as defined in § 10.99.
