§ 111.027 SUNDAY SALES RESTRICTION; ON SALE LIQUOR.
   No on-sale licensee, licensed under subdivision SDCL 35-4-2(4), (6), (11), and (13), may sell, serve, or allow to be consumed on the premises, alcoholic beverages between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.
