§ 111.084 SALE HOURS; OFF-SALE.
   No off-sale licensee, licensed under subdivisions SDCL 35-4-2(3) and (5), may sell or allow to be sold, alcoholic beverages between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, or on Memorial Day, or Sunday.
