§ 111.025 HOURS ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
   No on-sale licensee, licensed under subdivision SDCL 35-4-2(4), (6), (11), and (13), may be open to the public, may sell, serve, or allow to be consumed on the premises, alcoholic beverages after the hour of 12:00 a.m. on Christmas Day.
