3-2A-1: SHORT TITLE:

This article shall be known as the VILLAGE OF MILAN PURCHASING POLICY. (Ord. 1533, 4-4-2011)

3-2A-2: SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

This policy shall control all contracts and purchases entered into with the village in order to ensure that the village obtains the greatest possible economy in making purchases and to ensure that purchases and contracts entered with the village comply with the Illinois municipal code.
