10-12-1: ADOPTION OF PLAN:

The village comprehensive plan is hereby adopted as the official comprehensive plan for the village in accordance with section 11-12-6 of the Illinois municipal code. The village clerk shall keep at least one copy of the comprehensive plan as herein adopted on file and available for public inspection at all times during regular business hours. (Ord. 1378, 5-1-2006)
