10-8-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The swimming pool and spa code 2021 edition, as adopted in section 10-2-1 of this title, is hereby adopted by the village. One copy of the swimming pool and spa code is on file in the office of the village clerk and is available for public inspection. (Ord. 1570, 9-17-2012; amd. Ord. 1776, 11-6-2023)
