9-3-8: DAMAGE TO, TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to fines provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code. (Ord. 1023, 6-15-1992; amd. 2011 Code)
