7-7-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code. See title 1, chapter 4, article C of this code for no contest procedures. (Ord. 967, 8-7-1989; amd. 2011 Code)
