A. Prohibitions And Restrictions: It shall be unlawful to drive any motor vehicle of the "second division", as such vehicles are defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-146, upon any of the streets and avenues within the Village with the following exceptions:
1. Motor vehicles of the second division may be driven on the following streets and avenues:
1st Avenue (U.S. Route 67 and Airport Road).
1st Street (U.S. Route 67).
That portion of 2nd Avenue West lying west of 7th Street West.
4th Avenue East from 1st Street (U.S. Route 67) to 4th Street East.
7th Street West from 1st Avenue West to 2nd Avenue West.
8th Street East from 1st Avenue East (Airport Road) to 2nd Avenue East.
9th Street West.
10th Avenue (Knoxville Road and Andalusia Road).
2. Motor vehicles of the second division may be driven on otherwise prohibited streets and avenues for the purpose of making a delivery of freight, goods, wares or merchandise within the restricted area.
B. Exemptions: Subsection A of this section shall not apply to "motor homes", "mini-motor homes", "truck campers", "van campers", "camping trailers" or "travel trailers" as such motor vehicles are defined in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-109.01, 5/1-145.01, 5/1-210.01 and 5/1-211.01.
