The parking of motor vehicles on private property without the consent of the owner of the private property is hereby prohibited. Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under the provisions of this section. (Ord. 1053, 9-6-1993; amd. 2011 Code)
