6-5E-2: OBSTRUCTING SERVICE OF PROCESS BY POLICE OFFICER:
A person obstructs service of process by a police officer when he knowingly resists or obstructs the authorized service or execution of any civil or criminal process or order of any court. See section 1-4B-1 of this code for fines for violation of this section and title 1, chapter 4, article C of this code for no contest procedures. (1983 Code § 8-1-5; amd. 2011 Code)
