6-5B-2: CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLES:
Whoever knowingly and without authority enters any part of or operates any vehicle, aircraft or watercraft, or snowmobile is guilty of the offense of criminal trespass to vehicles. See section 1-4B-1 of this code for fines for violation of this section and title 1, chapter 4, article C of this code for no contest procedures. (1983 Code § 8-3-3; amd. 2011 Code)
