6-3-11: PENALTIES:
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and in the discretion of the village president, the permit may be revoked. (1983 Code § 3-4-14; amd. 2011 Code)
