In addition to enforcing the provisions of section 5-4-1 of this chapter under any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter may be fined as provided in section 1-4B-1 of this code, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
