(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) For violations for § 110.01, the penalty is $50 for each day or part of day the violation shall continue.

(C) For violation of § 110.15, the fine upon conviction will be no less than $10 and nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
