§ 110.01 REGULATIONS GOVERNING LICENSE TO SELL SPIRITOUS, VINOUS OR MALT LIQUORS.
   (A)   Penalty for selling without license. Any person selling spirituous, vinous or malt liquors within the city without first having obtained a license therefor shall be fined as provided in § 110.99.
   (B)   License not transferable. No license to sell spirituous, vinous or malt liquors in the city shall be transferable so as to confer any right upon any person other than the person named therein, nor to sell at any place other than the place named therein; but the Council may grant such transfers at its discretion and upon terms as it may designate.
   (C)   Duration of license. All licenses issued by the city for the sale of spirituous, vinous or malt liquors in the city, including Sunday sales, shall expire on June 30 the next following the date of the issuance of the license.
