§ 110.15 BUSINESS AFTER MIDNIGHT.
   Except for restaurants and private clubs that are regulated by § 114.07 herein and businesses that are within the Interstate Service Business (B-5) Zone limited to automobile service stations (filling stations), motels or hotels, restaurant drive-ins, cafes and convenience stores, it shall be unlawful for any place of public business to operate after the hour of midnight (12:00 a.m.) on each or any day of the calendar year.
