§ 37.01 PERSONNEL POLICY.
   The City Council shall establish a written personnel policy applicable to city employees, which may be from time to time amended by the City Council.

§ 37.02 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.
   These policies and procedures apply to all city employees, except in instances when approved departmental regulations or the Kentucky Revised Statutes supercede.

§ 37.03 REFERENCE TO CITY CLERK/TREASURER/ADMINISTRATOR.
   All references in this chapter of policies and procedures, classification plan, compensation plan and job descriptions to the City Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator shall refer to that city employee denominated as Administrator in the event the position of City Clerk/Treasurer and the position of Administrator are held by different persons.
