§ 1860.01 APPLICATION APPROVAL FEE; ANNUAL RENEWAL FEE.
   Each person or other entity operating a tattooing and/or body piercing business shall pay an application approval fee, at the time of applying for approval to operate the following categories: tattooing services; body piercing services; combined body art services; time-limited approval for specific event. The amount shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and an annual renewal fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), except that if the approval is for a limited period of time at a specific event, the approval fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per event. Any licensee who fails to file a renewal application, postmarked by April 30 with the appropriate license fee, shall be assessed a penalty fee in the amount of 25% of the City license fee, pursuant to R.C. § 3709.09.
