Chapter 1850, previously adopted by the Middletown City Health District on May 27, 1941, and amended by Ord. 090-003, adopted on November 13, 1990, was repealed in its entirety and re-enacted by Ord. 94-008, adopted September 23, 1994, which adopted the State standards for fees and procedures for private water systems, as codified in Chapter 3701-28 of the Ohio Administrative Code, which is set forth in full below.
