§ 1412.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Ohio Building Code (Mechanical), as adopted in § 1412.01, and any provision of this Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance, the Ohio Building Code (Mechanical) shall prevail.
