§ 1411.01 JURISDICTION.

   (a)   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the City.

   (b)   No structure or land shall hereafter be located, constructed, repaired, enlarged or altered without full compliance with the terms of this chapter.

§ 1411.02 PROMULGATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The Engineering & Environmental Services Director is hereby authorized to establish rules and regulations to comply with the National Flood Insurance Program as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Water.
