Pursuant to Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for performing the work therein concerned, for all buildings other than one, two and three-family dwellings, that certain code known as the Ohio Mechanical Code, current edition as adopted by the State of Ohio, consisting of Chapter 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
