§ 1410.01 STORAGE OF MATERIAL.
   Whenever any building or structure is about to be erected, constructed, altered or repaired, the Engineering Division may permit the use of the roadway or of a street or alley if in his or her opinion such space is necessary for the storage of material. In no case shall the outside line of any material extend into a street or alley on the side adjacent to the building site more than one-fourth of the width between the curbs or alley lines nor shall any material be stored beyond the lot lines extended. Where a temporary sidewalk is constructed as prescribed in § 1410.02, no material shall be stored beyond the inner edge of such sidewalk. Where a fence is used to enclose a site, no material shall be stored outside of such fence.
