Editor’s note:
This chapter was previously titled “City Commission”. It was changed as part of the 2001 updating and revision of these Codified Ordinances to reflect the changes made by the voters in Article II of the City Charter, wherein the name of legislative authority of the City was changed from the City Commission to the City Council. All references throughout these Codified Ordinances to the City Commission shall be deemed to mean the City Council.
