(a) Site Design Guidelines. All applicable site design standards as provided for in Section 1137.09
shall apply to projects in the P-I zoning district. In the event of conflicting standards between this Section 1135.08
and Section 1137.09
, the standards set forth in this Section 1135.08
shall control.
(b) Parking. All applicable off-street parking requirements for the P-I zoning district shall be in accordance with Chapter 1149
.
(c) Landscaping. The entire development site shall be landscaped with a combination of trees, shrubs and grass following the procedures and guidelines set forth in Chapter 1151
.
(d) Lighting.
(1) In the P-I zoning district, floodlighting or any other outdoor lighting of a sports field, building, bulletin board, parking area or other outdoor lighting shall be located and designed so as to shield the light source from any adjoining residential land uses or residential zoning district. All lighting, with the exception of general building, parking lot and walkway lighting, shall be extinguished between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, unless otherwise approved by the Planning Commission.
(e) Loading and Unloading. All loading and unloading operations shall be conducted in the rear or side of the building and shall be sufficiently screened from view from any public or private roadway and the adjoining properties as determined by Planning Commission to be necessary to conceal the loading and unloading operations from public or private view.
