The Board shall hear suggestions and recommendations of the Berea Barkers, Brook Park Barkers, and other volunteer organizations and be charged with assisting the cities by providing recommendations regarding the following: By-laws/rules for the dog park; propose capital improvements for the dog park; and suggestions for the safe and orderly operation of the dog park. The Dog Park Advisory Board shall be advisory and shall coordinate its activities with the Administration and Council. The Board shall report to Council and the Mayor at the request of either or at its own discretion.
