EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.65 et seq., by Ordinance 20-2006 and 21-2006, passed March 28, 2006, Council established Community Reinvestment Area Number One (Engle Road Area) and Community Reinvestment Area Number Two (Southland Area), respectively, designated a Housing Officer to administer the program and created a Community Reinvestment Housing Council and a Tax Incentive Review Council.
