The Dog Park Advisory Board shall hold meetings on a regular basis, as determined by the Board, but not less than once per year. The Board shall elect at its first meeting, and thereafter at its first meeting of each year, a Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. All meetings shall be open to the public.
