1335.02 CLEANING BY CITY; COSTS DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT.
   During the progress of any such grading, excavating or construction, as set forth in Section 1335.01, it shall be the duty of the owner and/or lessee and/or the contractor to keep the street pavements, tree lawns and sidewalks clean of all dirt and other debris caused by or arising from such work. In default thereof, the Department of Public Service shall perform such cleaning and the charges therefor shall be deducted from the required deposit. Charges are to include labor, material, equipment and time, to and from the job site. Time is to be computed from the departure from the service garage to the job site and back again at no less than thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour.
