1303.105 BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS FEES.

   (a)   In addition to all other fees, an applicant will be charged a three percent fee on applications under the following sections:

   Section 1303.06(c) to (f), (h) to (k), (r) and (t)(10) to (12), Section 1303.07(a)(2) to (m), Section 1303.08(c) to (e) and (f)(2), Section 1303.09(b) and Section 1303.10 (for nontemporary signs).

   (b)   In addition to all other fees, an applicant will be charged a three percent fee on applications under the following sections if the proposed building is commercial:

   Section 1303.08(f)(3), Section 1303.09(a)(4), (c).

   (c)   In addition to all other fees, an applicant will be charged an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the building permit fee for residential building construction as required by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
