931.02 POLICY RE OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.

Any governmental agency calling for mutual aid assistance shall be exempt from the fees established in Section 931.01 if said governmental agency does not charge a similar fee for similar services. If the City EMS responds to a mutual aid call for an agency charging for EMS, the City will endeavor to collect the fee charged by the requesting agency from that agency. (Ord. 1992-23.
