(a) The fee structure, per person, per call, for services rendered by the City Emergency Medical Service (EMS) for all persons transported to a medical facility shall be:
(1) Basic Life Support $450.00
(2) Advanced Life Support I 550.00
(3) Advanced Life Support II 650.00
(4) One-way mileage 10.00/mile

(b) The Fire Chief may from time to time increase or decrease the fees upon thirty days notice to the Mayor and to Council through the Clerk of Council.
