925.06 APPEALS.

Any applicant or other person affected by the decision of Council in granting or failing to grant a permit as provided in Section 925.05 may appeal such action pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506. (Ord. 1972-60. Passed 3-28-72.)
