925.03 REVIEW BY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   Upon receipt of such information as specified in Section 925.02, the Planning Commission shall review the proposed application and consider the safety of the proposed installation, the impact upon the environment of the community with particular regard to the standards set forth in the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as and when amended, the architectural devices utilized to minimize the visibility of such facilities and their appearance to the community and the relationship of the proposed facilities to the effect upon the welfare of the general public. The Commission shall have the further right to require the applicant to furnish other and further information as is deemed by it to be necessary for an adequate determination by it as to the safety of such proposed facility or concerning the effect of the construction of the proposed facility upon the welfare of the general public. The Commission shall have the further right to impose reasonable regulations concerning or in connection with the construction of the proposed facilities.
