925.02 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   Prior to the construction of any new facilities for the transmission of electrical power, upon lines or conductors carrying more than 33,000 volts, the person (referred to hereinafter as the applicant) shall first file with the Planning Commission his plans and specifications showing the following:
   (a)   The route of such proposed new line or conductor;
   (b)   The routes of all existing lines or conductors over 33,000 volts within the City;
   (c)   The route of such proposed line or conductor in all other communities from its proposed termini on either end;
   (d)   The proposed interconnection with any existing or proposed distribution facilities or other transmission facilities within the City;
   (e)   A specific description of all property which the applicant would have to acquire for the construction of such installation together with appraisal of all existing structures which would have to be acquired by the applicant for the construction of such facilities;
   (f)   The proposed design for all towers or support structures or underground installations for such facilities together with the design and location of any additional appliances or fixtures required for the construction of such facilities;
   (g)   Any other alternate routes available to the applicant;
   (h)   Complete drawings of proposed landscaping of such facilities;
   (i)   A resume of the contemplated destruction of existing trees and vegetation;
   (j)   A resume of the proposed use of any property acquired by easement for the construction of such facilities; and
   (k)   Copies of all proposed documents for acquiring real estate for such facilities when such acquisition will be other than in fee simple.
