905.10 PRIVATE FACILITIES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

Private Facilities. Persons who wish to use the Public Right-of-Way of the City for Private Facilities shall obtain a consent from the City pursuant to Section 905.02, register pursuant to Section 905.03, obtain a Construction Permit (if applicable) pursuant to Section 905.07 and comply with all provisions of this Chapter.
