The cable operator shall install and locate its facilities, cable system and equipment in compliance with all Federal, State, local and company safety standards, and in such manner as shall not unduly interfere with or endanger persons or property. Whenever the cable operator receives notice that an unsafe condition exists with respect to its equipment, the cable operator shall investigate such condition immediately and shall take such measures as are necessary to remove or eliminate such unsafe condition.
