§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 95.01 through 95.04 or 95.15 through 95.21 for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both.
      (2)   Any person who violates any provision of § 95.02 shall be fined not more than $50, or jailed for not in excess of ten days, or both such fine and jail sentence.
      (3)   Any person or persons who violate any provision of §§ 95.15 through 95.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided by the state statutes.

   (B)   Violations of § 95.04 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by imprisonment of a period not to exceed 60 days or a fine not to exceed $500 or both.
   (C)   (1)   A violation of § 95.36 shall be punished as a non-criminal infraction. All authorized personnel may issue a code enforcement citation with a fine of up to $50.
      (2)   Law enforcement officers may issue a uniform boating citation as set forth in F.S. § 327.74. All penalties are set forth by F.S. § 327.73.
